Bansal Aroma is a manufacturer and supplier of essential oils, hydrosols, carrier oils, traditional attars, and aromatic resin extracts, established in 1990 and based in Samaypur Badli, Delhi, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any order you place with us.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any other party.

You may need to create an account to place an order, using an email address and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

Product descriptions, scientific names, and technical specifications are provided for informational and formulative reference. We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Customers are responsible for verifying material suitability for their specific application before use.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the applicable rate; no GST is added at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more and a flat ₹100 below that. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price displayed at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order. See Pricing & Payments.

Essential oils, attars and other aromatic materials are concentrated. Unless a product page says otherwise, they are for fragrance, aromatherapy, cosmetic formulation and similar use — not for swallowing — and should be diluted appropriately, patch-tested before skin use, and kept away from children, pets, eyes and open flame. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

Products and package sizes shown on our website are subject to availability. If a product or size you order becomes unavailable before your order is confirmed, it will be excluded from your order and will not be charged.

Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or where we are unable to fulfil it — in which case we will notify you.

Orders are paid for online at checkout through Razorpay. Card, UPI, and net banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not receive or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and remains in a pending-payment state until then; an order left unpaid for 72 hours is cancelled automatically. We offer free shipping across India on orders of ₹999 or more (a flat ₹100 below that), delivered through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for dispatch, delivery, tracking and what happens if a parcel is damaged or lost. Ownership of, and risk in, the goods passes to you on delivery.

You may cancel an order yourself while it is in “Pending Payment” status, and ask us to cancel a paid order for a full refund at any time before it ships. We charge no cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

A damaged, wrong or defective product is refunded, in full or in part, if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process and timelines.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
